With more than 30 paper published and 20 patents granted in both USA and China in the areas of industrial statistics, semiconductor equipment and processing, and metrology, as Distinguished MTS in SMIC, Dr. Frank Yang is responsible for providing statistical problem solving solutions for engineering projects, statistical consultation, writing and providing training of statistical courses to SMIC corporate wide. Ph. D Yang had once worked for Applied Materials and Intel (USA) in the areas of IC process development.
