招聘岗位 1：Inside Sales Executive 电话销售专员 岗位职责 ☑ 通过电话、互联网等直销模式，了解客户需求，把握销售机会并销售数据分析产品和解决方案，完成各项销售指标销售活动； ☑ 负责开拓新的市场和挖掘新的客户，拓展与老客户的业务，建立和维护客户档案； ☑ 积极挖掘新的销售机会，建立与维护良好的客户关系，以达到客户对公司和产品的满意度； ☑ 定期与客户沟通，以帮助客户在导入数据分析方法，获得更大的ROI； ☑ 协助和参加公司的市场活动。
任职要求 ☑ 优秀的中文书面及口头沟通技巧，尤其是电话沟通技巧； ☑ 英文书面及口头表达能力较好者优先考虑； ☑ 3年以上计算机软件、硬件或IT行业解决方案（如ERP，CRM，Datawarehouse等）销售经验； ☑ 了解软件行业的销售工作流程，能够熟练运用销售工具（如salesforce）处理大批量客户信息； ☑ 优秀的学习能力与成长潜力，愿意学习与持续自我提升及改变； ☑ 熟悉JMP, SPSS, Minitab等统计软件应用者优先考虑。
招聘岗位 2：DataAnalysis Consultant 数据分析顾问 岗位职责 ☑ Providing technical assistance for regional businessdevelopment and revenue generation activities ( software pre-sale, consultingand post-sale activities, customer care, training and etc.), utilizingextensive knowledge of Industry, Decision Making, Data analysis and ComputerTechnology； ☑ Utilizing current JMP strategic selling techniqueswith account executives to strategize on prospects and develop strategic salesobjectives； ☑ Identifying appropriate applications, tools, andsolutions for targeted accounts. Preparing prototype solutions and presentationsbased on opportunity analysis； ☑ Assisting consultants in preparing sessions and ifneeded to deliver training materials using JMP/SAS. ☑ Understanding the selling cycle, acquiring andmanaging customer needs, and proposing a solution to achieve high customersatisfaction.
任职要求： ☑ Experience: 3 or more years of experience instatistical consulting or related areas(such as Six Sigma, Process Excellence, Reliability,Quality Analytics, Modeling, Marketing Analytics, Financial Analytics, DataMining and etc), or a related area of expertise including statisticalprogramming or development of statistical applications. Public speakingexperience is essential； ☑ Education: PhD orMasters Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or other relatedquantitative field； ☑ Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities: Strong theoretical knowledge of statistical methods and theirpractical application in solving technical or business problems in any of thefollowing areas: Six Sigma, manufacturing, R&D, pharmaceutical industry,chemical industry, semiconductor manufacturing, high tech industry, BFSI,government, retail, auto, or education； ☑ Problem solver and ability to apply statisticalmeasurement techniques in the semiconductor industry. Demonstratedability to define, lead and support solutions to technical and businessproblems using statistical analysis methods. Ability to drive change withstrong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability tosimultaneously manage and negotiate conflicting opportunities, set prioritiesaccordingly and deliver to agreed schedules； ☑ Experience ofcompetitive products to JMP or SAS Stat is beneficial, such as SPSS, Minitab, Rand etc. Programming experience with statistical languages or Python isdesired but not essential； ☑ Experience of pre-selling, training and consultingservice is essential. English skill is a plus but not must.
招聘岗位 3：Account Executive 大客户经理 （华中区） 坐标：上海 As a JMP Sales & BD role you will be responsible for thesales of JMP product family to new and existing customers in South China throughboth direct and indirect sales model utilizing a consultative selling approachto prospective and current accounts.
Requirements o Essential · Bachelor's degree Statistics, Marketing,Engineering, Computer Science, or related field · 5+ years of successful experience in sales ofcomputer software or high end IT solutions (such as ERP, CRM, Data warehouseand etc) in South China. · Good communication and presentation skill · Territory business planning and executionexperience
o Additional · Knowledge of software acquisition cycles · Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonalcommunications skills and excellent organizational skills · Ability to work independently as well as part ofa team comprised of a Pre-sales consultant · Ability to initiate and lead salesopportunities; to analyze and evaluate territory dynamics and to develop asales plan; to communicate technical and business concepts and the ability totravel on a frequent basis
o Preferences · Knowledge of data analysis and related software:SAS/SPSS/MINITAB/MATLAB/EVIEWS · Experience as a Team leader or people manager ina multi-national IT company · High level customer network in Central China territories.
