Inside Sales

电话销售专员（大学行业）

坐标：北京或上海

岗位职责

☑ 通过电话、互联网等直销模式，了解客户需求，把握销售机会并销售数据分析产品和解决方案，完成各项销售指标销售活动；

☑ 负责开拓新的市场和挖掘新的客户，拓展与老客户的业务，建立和维护客户档案；

☑ 积极挖掘新的销售机会和建立与维护良好的客户关系以达到客户对公司和产品的满意度；

☑ 定期的与客户沟通，以帮助客户在导入数据分析方法，获得更大的ROI；

☑ 协助和参加公司的市场活动。

任职要求

☑ 优秀的中文书面及口头沟通技巧，尤其是电话沟通技巧；

☑ 英文书面及口头表达能力较好者优先考虑；

☑ 大学行业销售一年以上经验；

☑ 211大学本科及以上学历，有500强外企工作经验，在电话销售方面有2年以上的专业经验；

☑ 了解软件行业的销售工作流程，能够熟练运用销售工具（如salesforce）处理大批量客户信息；

☑ 优秀的学习能力与成长潜力，愿意学习与持续自我提升及改变；

☑ 最好有统计专业背景，熟悉JMP, SPSS, Minitab等统计软件应用者优先考虑；

☑ 容易相处，结果导向，可以在压力下工作，可以独立完成既定的工作指标，有很好的自我驱动能力；

☑ 不拒绝商业差旅。

Data Analysis Consultant

数据分析顾问

坐标：北京

岗位职责

☑ Providing technical assistance for regionalbusiness development and revenue generation activities ( software pre-sale,consulting and post-sale activities, customer care, training and etc.),utilizing extensive knowledge of Industry, Decision Making, Data analysis andComputer Technology；

☑ Utilizing current JMP strategic sellingtechniques with account executives to strategize on prospects and developstrategic sales objectives；

☑ Identifying appropriate applications, tools, andsolutions for targeted accounts. Preparing prototype solutions andpresentations based on opportunity analysis；

☑ Assisting consultants in preparing sessions andif needed to deliver training materials using JMP/SAS. Working with South EastAsian countries’ SAS sales team and meanwhile, working independently and beingmanaged remotely；

☑ Understanding the selling cycle, acquiring andmanaging customer needs, and proposing a solution to achieve high customersatisfaction.

任职要求

☑ Experience: 3 or more years of experience instatistical consulting or related areas(such as Six Sigma, Process Excellence,Reliability, Quality Analytics, Modeling, Marketing Analytics, FinancialAnalytics, Data Mining and etc), or a related area of expertise includingstatistical programming or development of statistical applications. Public speaking experience is essential；

☑ Education: PhD or Masters Degree in Statistics,Mathematics, Engineering or other related quantitative field；

☑ Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strongtheoretical knowledge of statistical methods and their practical application insolving technical or business problems in any of the following areas: SixSigma, manufacturing, R&D, pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry,semiconductor manufacturing, high tech industry, BFSI, government,retail, auto, or education；

☑ Problem solver and ability to apply statisticalmeasurement techniques in the semiconductor industry. Demonstratedability to define, lead and support solutions to technical and businessproblems using statistical analysis methods. Ability to drive change withstrong written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated ability tosimultaneously manage and negotiate conflicting opportunities, set prioritiesaccordingly and deliver to agreed schedules；

☑ Experience of competitive products to JMP or SASStat is beneficial, such as SPSS, Minitab, R and etc. Programmingexperience with statistical languages or C++ is desired but not essential；

☑ Experience of pre-selling, training andconsulting service is essential. English skill is a plus but not must.
