数据分析开启大数据商业价值（转）

    Computing近期发表了它对2014年大数据发展的主要预测，其中，它提到更有效的大数据分析将增加企业的收入来源。如今，企业记录的信息已经越来越多，随着数据的剧增，对其的管理和挖掘难度逐渐增加，存储数据也耗费了大量的时间和金钱。企业要怎样才能从海量数据中获取商业价值，变废为宝，就要通过“大数据分析”。
    Computing认为，以数据分析和处理为主的高级数据服务，将出现以数据分析作为服务产品提交的分析即服务（AnalyzeasaService）业务；将多种信息整合管理，创造对大数据统一的访问和分析的组件产品；基于社交网络的社交大数据分析；甚至会出现大数据技能的培训市场，教授数据分析课程等。
    而调研机构Gartner在其最新研究报告中也称称，移动性、大数据和分析对于机构来说比社交网络更重要。这与Gartner最近对厂商进行的调查结果是一致的。在这项调查中，2015个提供商表示，大数据分析产生的收入是社交网络产生的收入的三倍。
    目前，对于大型企业，大数据分析已经通过各种成功案列印证了自身的价值，像Facebook、亚马逊和谷歌这样的公司已经开始依赖大数据，并将其视为首要的市场计划和更好服务客户的手段。以亚马逊为例，将其保存下的每位顾客搜索购买及其他几乎所有可用的信息，通过应用算法对该客户和其他所有客户的信息进行比对，为其呈现出精准的商品购买推荐，达到数据商业价值的最大化。
   也就是说，在大数据的整个流水线中，收集数据不过只是最初的采集工作，是价值之源，而通过数据分析得到的精准信息，才是企业竞争的制胜法宝。目前，有许多行业都通过分析数量激增的数据受益，比如，医疗行业，零售业，制造业等，包括政府的公共部门。
   微软用大数据帮助所有用户从原始数据中获取新的市场洞察和预测分析，谷歌住房搜索查询量变化可对住房市场发展趋势进行预测，得益于大数据分析的成功运用，亚马逊在2015年的销售额极有可能超过1000亿美元。或许是看到了大数据的商业价值，爱尔兰政府甚至宣布建成国家大数据分析研究中心——Insight。该中心由政府投入3800万欧元，企业投入3000万欧元。目的是要联合微软、IBM、惠普、思科、AVAYA、英特尔等建成具有“国际航标”性质的大数据分析研究中心。
   大数据分析，使企业更加深入地了解市场偏好，从而做出及时高效的商业对策。从目前看来，大数据分析的运用正是增强企业竞争力，开启大数据商业价值的金钥匙。
